Xavier Platforms ("we," "us," or "our") operates the Mango Tango mobile application. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our App.

1. Information We Collect

Information You Provide

  • Account Information: When you sign in with Apple, we receive your Apple User ID and optionally your email address
  • Profile Information: Username, profile image, bio, and other profile details you choose to provide
  • Content: Text prompts, AI-generated images, chat messages, comments, and other content you create or share
  • Social Interactions: Following relationships, likes, and other social engagement data

Automatically Collected Information

  • Usage Data: Features used, content generated, time spent in app, and interaction patterns
  • Device Information: Device type, operating system version, unique device identifiers
  • Log Data: IP address, access times, app crashes, and performance data

Subscription Information

  • Subscription status, tier, and expiration date
  • Trial usage tracking (images generated, trial start date)
  • Payment transactions are processed by Apple and we do not store payment information

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the App and AI services
  • Process your AI image generation and chat requests via Google Gemini AI
  • Manage your account and subscription status
  • Enable social features like following, sharing, and discovering content
  • Send you important updates about the service
  • Detect and prevent abuse, fraud, and violations of our Terms of Service
  • Analyze usage patterns to improve user experience
  • Comply with legal obligations

3. AI Processing and Third-Party Services

Google Gemini AI (Nano Banana)

We use Google Gemini AI technology to provide AI image generation and chat features. When you use these features:

  • Your text prompts and chat messages are sent to Google's AI services for processing
  • Google processes this data according to their API Data Usage Policies and Terms of Service
  • We use Gemini 2.5 Flash Image (Nano Banana) for image generation and Gemini 2.5 Flash for chat
  • Data is processed in accordance with Google's privacy and security standards

Apple Services

We use Apple Sign-In for authentication and App Store for subscription management. These services are governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.

Amazon Web Services (AWS)

We use AWS for hosting our backend infrastructure and storing profile images. AWS maintains industry-standard security and privacy protections.

4. Information Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information in the following circumstances:

  • Service Providers: With Google (Gemini AI), Apple, AWS, and other trusted partners who help us operate the App
  • Public Content: Content you choose to share publicly (posts, profile information) is visible to other users
  • Legal Requirements: When required by law or to protect our rights and safety
  • Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets

5. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. When you delete your account:

  • Your profile and all associated content are permanently deleted
  • Your Apple User ID trial usage record is maintained to prevent trial abuse
  • Some data may be retained in backups for up to 90 days

6. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including:

  • Encryption of data in transit using HTTPS/TLS
  • Secure authentication via Apple Sign-In with JWT tokens
  • Access controls and monitoring
  • Regular security assessments

However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your Privacy Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access: Request a copy of your personal information
  • Update: Modify your profile and account information in the App settings
  • Delete: Delete your account and all associated data at any time
  • Object: Object to certain processing of your information
  • Export: Request a portable copy of your data

To exercise these rights, please use the in-app settings or contact us.

8. Children's Privacy

Mango Tango is not intended for children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 18, please contact us immediately.

9. International Data Transfers

Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your country of residence. These countries may have different data protection laws. By using the App, you consent to such transfers.

10. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the new Privacy Policy in the App. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
