1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Mango Tango ("the App"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App. You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use this App.

2. Description of Service

Mango Tango is an AI-powered mobile application that provides:

• AI image generation from text prompts
• Intelligent chat powered by advanced language models
• Social features including following other users and sharing content
• Profile management and content organization

3. Subscription and Trial Terms

Free Trial: New users receive 5 free AI-generated images and 7 days of full access to explore all features.

Subscriptions: After your trial period, continued access requires an active subscription. Subscriptions are managed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

One Trial Per User: The free trial is limited to one per Apple ID. Creating multiple accounts to abuse the trial system is prohibited and may result in account termination.

4. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use Mango Tango to generate, upload, or share content that:

• Violates any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringes intellectual property rights of others
• Contains child sexual abuse material or exploits minors
• Promotes hate speech, violence, or discrimination
• Contains explicit sexual or adult content
• Involves harassment, bullying, or threats
• Attempts to impersonate others or spread misinformation
• Contains malware or attempts to compromise system security
• Violates others' privacy or contains personal information without consent

5. User-Generated Content and Ownership

Your Content: You retain ownership of content you create using Mango Tango. However, by using the App, you grant Xavier Platforms a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute your content for the purpose of operating and improving the service.

AI-Generated Content: Content generated using our AI services may not be unique to you, as similar content could be generated for other users using similar prompts.

AI Service Terms: Our AI services utilize Google Gemini AI technology (Nano Banana). Use of AI features is subject to Google's terms of service and usage policies.

6. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Service. You may delete your account at any time through the App settings. Upon account deletion, your profile and all associated content will be permanently removed.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Xavier Platforms does not warrant that:

• The service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Defects will be corrected
• The App is free of viruses or harmful components
• AI-generated content will meet your expectations or be accurate

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Xavier Platforms be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the past 12 months.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
