Frequently Asked Questions
How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings > Account > Delete Account. Type in the confirmation word, then press "Permanently Delete Account." This action is permanent and removes all your data.
How do I report a user or post?
Tap the three-dot menu (•••) on any post or profile and select "Report." Choose a reason and submit. Our team reviews all reports within 24 hours.
How do I enable Calm Mode?
Go to Settings > Calm Mode. Toggle on the features you want: hide like counts, disable infinite scroll, batch notifications, or set quiet hours.
How do I make my account private?
Go to Settings > Privacy > Private Account. When enabled, only approved followers can see your posts.
How do I contact someone directly?
Tap the message icon on their profile or go to the Messages tab and start a new conversation.
I forgot my password / can't log in
TrueHaven uses Sign in with Apple. Go to your Apple ID settings to manage your login.
How do I appeal a moderation decision?
If you receive a strike, you can submit an appeal through the notification you received. Our team reviews all appeals fairly.
